The Chinese start-up Bugsolutely out of Shanghai is just one of many companies trying to put insect food on the map, stating the many benefits of turning to insect based cuisine. Some of the benefits founder Massimo Reverberi lists include nutritional benefits and taste.
Now the Italian foodie is launching a line of chips across China made from silkworm powder.
