Every SmartScreen is designed with premium finishing details for long-lasting performance and protection. Indoor SmartScreen models include a soft brush strip to help protect benchtops, bars, and interior surfaces from damage. Outdoor models feature a durable rubber weather seal that creates a flush fit while improving insulation against wind, dust, and external elements.

Does the SmartScreen come with warranty?

Yes! The Freedom™ SmartScreen has a limited five-year warranty. We also have a nationwide network of distributors that you can approach for parts and service backup.

Is the automated option reliable?

Yes! We use Somfy® technology for the fully motorised option of our SmartScreen.

Can I install the motorised SmartScreen on our huge patio doors?

SmartScreen can span up to 4 metres using the 80mm motorised version. For areas needing larger screens and with wide openings, we offer the SOLORA motorised screens.

How do I clean my SmartScreen??

Use a dry brush and vacuum cleaner to remove any dust and dirt build-up on your SmartScreen.

Won’t the pull-down model of the SmartScreen damage my counter tops?

No, it won’t. Every pull-down model of our SmartScreen includes a brush strip on the bottom edge. This non-abrasive brush strip protects your counter tops every time they make contact with the screen.
