One retractable screen was damaged by a window cleaner and a 4 other screens needed maintenance as a result of exposure and proximity to the beach. Everything was handled professionally and with care by Ryan. Excellent communication and coordination throughout the process by Michelle. Very happy.

I am extremely happy with my new Freedom retractable fly wire door. The door is exactly what I needed to keep my animals safe inside and to have constant fresh air from my balcony. The product is of fantastic quality and see through. It does not interfere with my view of the trees and city scape. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend very highly.

Freedom screens did a great job, from initial contact on the phone, to the measure & quote & finally the installation. I’m in an apartment, so the job had some fiddly body corporate issues to deal with. It was not a problem & they did a great job, including moving & cutting my balcony tiles outside to fit the screen tracks. The new screens look stunning, and I’d be happy to recommend them to everyone in my building!

We are very happy with our new retractable flyscreen – it’s sleek, stylish, and of outstanding quality. Bruno from Freedom Retractable Screens did a fantastic job: he was punctual, polite, and incredibly efficient with the installation. We’re especially grateful to have it installed just in time for spring and summer, and it’s already transformed our outdoor space while allowing our kids to play basketball without hitting the window.

I chose Freedom Retractable Screens recently to install fly screens to our doors in our new house. We installed 2 Infinity Zipline screens to a set of sliding doors and a set of French doors. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process and I would certainly recommend. We’ve only had them installed for a week but they seem to work great so can’t wait to get heaps of use out of them over summer.

Freedom Screens did a brilliant job installing our new retractable screen for our French doors with stronger Petmesh and colour matched to door frame. Thanks to Justin who installed the screen and to the rest of the team at Freedom (Hayden. Jessica and Cameron) whose attention to detail and communication was consistently good from start to finish. My son has also had a Freedom Retractable Screen installed 3 weeks ago and is delighted with the result.

A service call to do a repair on our Freedom retractable screen fitted a couple of years ago was required. The technician who visited was very polite, proficient and made the repair, explaining what has happened and how we could avoid having the same problem again. The screen is a great product, works well, looks good and does the job keeping the house insect-free.

Fantastic service. Great communication. Perfectly on time. Screen looks very good. After 6 years we had to replace screen as our dog when through it. We added visible stickers now to prevent it from happening again. Very nice screen

We were after something sleek but sturdy as we have young kids and a dog. We found out about Freedom from some friends. The whole process from measure to install was quick and easy. Quality and design are great! Would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Super responsive to my emails and questions from the very start. Matt came out and quoted, on time and was extremely professional. Pricing was fair and competitive. We also had Matt come out to do the install and again super super happy with his workmanship and attention to detail. Thank you so much for an easy, pleasant experience. We are very happy with the final product.

Freedom Screens, once again, did a great job servicing our retractable screens. Ryan was very efficient and did more than what one would normally expect in a service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the people I dealt with – Michelle and Ryan.

Absolutely love our screens. Had 2 screens installed, 1 on older wooden sliding doors and 1 on modern UPVC triple glazed single door. Difficult for young kids to open, easy to clean and our border collie has proven them to be indestructible. Did look at some other option which looked a bit cheap.

I had a very tricky request for a screen to be located in a very tight spot. Bruno was fabulous in coming up with a solution – a hidden pull down screen. The screen frame matches my door frame perfectly, so the screen is invisible – yes there is a screen in the photo! Bruno personally managed the installation and he and his co-worker did an amazing job. They were quick and tidy (no mess left behind). I am over the moon with the result. My cats love it too, and they are safe and sound.
